Scope of services

What Our Construction Team Handles.

Civil execution is our secondary service, offered alongside material supply so one team is accountable for both.

01

RCC structure

Footings, plinth, columns, beams and slabs built to the structural drawings, with reinforcement checked before every pour.

02

Masonry and plastering

Brick, block or AAC walls with proper bonding, lintels and chajjas, followed by internal and external plaster to line and level.

03

Waterproofing

Treatment for sumps, toilets, terraces and basements at the right stage, using the system specified for the location.

04

Flooring and tiling

Screeds, tiles, granite and skirting laid to level with consistent joints and slopes towards drains.

05

Painting and finishing

Putty, primer and paint systems for interiors and exteriors, along with grills, doors and windows fixing.

06

Electrical and plumbing coordination

Conduit and pipe routing planned with the structure so walls are not broken later, with licensed trades for connections.

To get started

What We Need From You.

The more of this you have ready, the faster we can give you a clear scope and quotation.

01

Sanctioned plan

The approved architectural drawings from the local authority, or the draft if approval is in progress.

02

Structural drawings

Footing, column, beam and slab details from your structural engineer. If you do not have one yet, we can suggest how to proceed.

03

Site details

Location, plot dimensions, road width and access for material vehicles, and water and power availability.

04

Soil report

If a soil test has been done, share it. It affects footing design and the quantities that follow.

05

Timeline and budget bracket

When you want to start and finish, and the range you are working within, so the scope can be matched to it.

06

Finishing preferences

Broad choices for flooring, doors, windows and paint help us plan quantities for the later stages.

FAQ

Common Questions.

Short answers to the questions we hear most. For anything project-specific, send an enquiry.

Do you take up construction without supplying materials?
Our construction service is offered together with material supply, so one team is responsible for both quality and schedule.
Who provides the design?
You can bring your own architect and structural engineer, or we can coordinate with professionals we work with. We build to approved drawings.
How is payment structured?
Stage-wise, against completed work, with the schedule agreed before starting. The quotation sets out each stage.
Do you handle approvals?
We build to sanctioned plans and can guide you on the documents needed. Approvals themselves are obtained by the owner or their architect.
What areas do you build in?
Bengaluru and surrounding districts for execution, with material supply across Karnataka.
Can I visit a site in progress?
Yes. Ask when you enquire and we will arrange a visit to a suitable ongoing project.
